This study discusses the concepts of Truth and Aletheia in Husserl's and Heidegger's Philosophy. Along with a kind of description is located in the outline of the study, the conclusive argument will be in that direction: Both Husserl and Heidegger take a philosopical stand as abandoning the understanding of classical enlightened, strict and objective. Husserl's philosophy has an attitude that combines objectivity with subjectivity, while being suitable for itself as a quest for objectivity. With Phenomenology, Husserl makes an effort to resurrect the philosophy's archaic comprehension in accordance with spirit of modern time. He argues that it is possible to undertake a function of science in this direction and there is no understanding of what science means by limiting positivism. Husserl strives for construct philosophy as a rigorous science, as comprehensive the tradition and as holistic scientific activity and place this philosophy to center. When Husserl focuses on the concept of truth in order to construct the philosophy as a rigorous science, Heidegger takes the issue out of the epistemologic borders and he centralizes the concept of aletheia instead of truth for consider as an ontological issue. It draws attraction that there is an important seperation. While Husserl evaluates the problem through epistemology and knowledge access, Heidegger reads the problem as an ontological issue and reveals its main purpose in the form of understanding of existence.
