Abstract (EN)

This study, which is endemic in Turkey in order to ensure the sustainable protection and use of flora Hyacinthella lineata (Steud. ex Schult. & Schult.f. ) Chouard., generative and vegetative propagation methods of the species were determined and compared with the usage examples of other geophyte species in landscape architecture studies. In the generative propagation method, seeds of H. lineata were cultivated and their outlets were observed during the planting times performed in eight different months. As a result of the observations, it was found that different sowing times seeds of H. lineata were significantly effective on the ratio of outflow. The best result in outflow ratio is stated as september with 32.45 %. In vegetative propagation methods, four vegetative applications including control, basal cut, quartzing and eight slicing were performed. After the incubation period, the best result in bulb number of bulbils per bulb was obtained from the eight slicing application with 5.70. The effect of different vegetative applications on the number of bulbil per outgoing bulbs and the number of bulbils obtained at the end of the vegetation period were found statistically significant after planting. The best results were obtained from the application of eight slices with 2.70 and 5.93 pieces, respectively. The best results of different vegetative applications on the average weight of the bulbils obtained after dismantling are stated to be in control applications with 1.99 g.
