Waqf, wich refers to stopping the voice for a period of time to take a breath in order to start reading again at a place where the meaning is complete, and ibtida, which means starting again from a place that suits the integrity of the meaning in order to continue recitation, are the most important elements of the Qur'an recitation. Waqf and ibtida; ıt is important to understand the intended meaning correctly, to extract religious evidence from the verses, and to point out the miraculous aspects of the holy Qur'an. Thanks to this science, changing the divine will and preventing the wisdom in the revelation of the Qur'an from being lost.
