Abstract (EN)

This study is a critical version of "Risāle fî İḫbār bi-Elleẕī" which was written by İbrahīm b. Muḥammed el-Yalvācī (1810/1876) in 1838. The topic of the risale is recreation of the sentence for stressing any part of first sentence (non recreated) with Ellezi which is the main preposition of relative pronouns and relative adjective, and Elif Lam which is definite article (Harf-i Tarif). Our study has four parts that are an introduction part and three main parts. We scrutinized the topic, the aim and the method of study in introduction part. In addition to that characteristic of century is exhibited which is before the death of Yalvaci. Finally, the knowledge is given about madrasah at Ottoman and Arabic grammar that was thought in madrasahs. In first part, the life and the works of Yalvaci was written. We explained his birth, education, teachers, career and death. In addition to that we gave some short knowledge about his works and libraries where his books. In second part, we criticised Risāle fî İḫbār bi- bi-Elleẕī. Then, we explained the method of writer in the Risale, resources of Risāle fî İḫbār bi-Elleẕī and features of the Risale's copy. Finally, we gave some knowledge in "criticize and edition". In the last part, we introduced the criticized an edited text of Risale. While we was criticising and editing the text, we compared three copies of Risale. Information about ayats, hadiths, poems, persons, places, sources and etc. was given as footnote.
