Abstract (EN)

In this study, it is aimed that stresses analysis of multi-layered composite pipes subject to internal pressure are adhesives (DP 410 and DP 490) and adhesively bonded with different methods, and the appropriate parameters are determined for these cases. The composite pipes occur from layers with different orientation. The composite pipes can be produced by using different orientation. According to the conventional joining methods, this pipes bonded with different joint methods have a lot of advantages. In this reason, multi-layered composite pipes adhesively bonded with different joint methods and the joint methods were examined about long service life and durability. In different joining situations, effects of the thickness of pipe, the overlap length, the patch material, the composite layer number, the orientation angles are investigated for joining strength by experimental tests and numerical analysis.
