The Internet is a virtual world where customers interact through comments, and it is a world where customers use for online shopping, movie selection, or even for holiday planning. With the rapid increase of data circulating on the Internet, the usage of text mining has increased. Currently, the views and comments of other users who share their experience with the product is an influential factor in accelerating the decision-making process. Shared comments and opinions are texts on the Internet. Emotional analysis steps in here to enable transmitting the main emotion of the comments to the user. The study aims to do the sentiment analysis of the texts. It aims to reveal the main emotion of the thoughts contained in both news and social media or Internet sites in Turkish texts. Texts are evaluated in five different classes; happiness, angry, fear, sadness, and neutral.
