Abstract (EN)
The rules of legal remedy against judgement of enforcement court are different from general rules. Judgements of enforcement court could be appealed except judgements which were listed at article 363 of Enforcement and Bankruptcy Code. But first of all there must be legal interest to appeal. Additional to these rules, pecuniary limit has to be considered. In the first chapter of the thesis, characteristic features of judgement of enforcement court will be explained and after that legal remedies and features of these remedies will be explained. In the second chapter of the thesis, historical development of crimes which are intrinsic to debt enforcement and bankruptcy law will be explained. Proceeding of enforcement court qua criminal court will be explained after. Finally, the sorts of judgement of enforcement court qua criminal court will be explained and legal remedies against them.
