Dr. Talat Birgönül 2002, 116 pages This study was aimed to determine the increasing effects on the organizational effectiveness of the electronic bidding management information systems in construction companies. Cost estimation and proposal preparation process are one of the most essential processes for the construction project bids. Consequently, in this study, proposal preparation process was analyzed and the new methods were searched to be safer, faster, less expensive, and more productive. Electronic bidding management information system is a system that carries all traditional proposal preparation applications into internet environment.
