The factors effecting utilizations of export subsides (An application in Kütahya)

This study focuses on the export incentives which are important means ofindustrialisation strategies and used for compensating balance of payment deficitand tries to detect the factors which affect the level of small and mediumenterpriseses? benefit level from these incentives.This study also examines small and medim enterprises? vision of foreigntrade and its effect on small and medium enterprises? level of benefir from exportincentives. By leading SMEs to foreign trade, a positive trade can be seen onforeign balance of payment and macro economical balance. For SMEs? maximumbenefit from export incentives, foreign trade vision which is the most rapid andvariable should be examined and so demanded changes can be observed.In this study, it has been assumed that in Kütahya city center, there is aparallelism between the benefiting level of export incentives and the factors whichaffect these for SMEs and this paralel relationship has been examined by multipleregression. It has been found out that the most meaningful variable for SMEs?benifiting level of export incentives is directly related to their vision of foreigntrade and it has been used as a tool for their benefitting level of export incentives.
