Abstract (EN)

Measurement obligation of engineering structure such as dams, tunnels, highrise buildings in their construction phase is a incontrovertible reality. Monitoring of important and expensive structures after their construction phase is very vital. To perform monitoring for the appropriate measurements are repeated at intervals. The measurements are compensated by the Least Squares Method. This balancing process; network consisting of the measurement errors due to be distributed to all the points made by all trace method would be appropriate to a minimum. This process; network consisting of the measurement errors due to be distributed to all points of the entire trail will be suitable to be balanced by the minimum method. If outlier measure and that measure belonging to the set point disturbing the structure of the network when removed from the network if the network is discarded if not refreshed measure. After this process, deformation analysis and determination of whether there is significant movement were conducted by Hannover Approach. As a result of this process, if the movement that jeopardizes the safety of the structure were determined for the engineering structure, taking some measurements would be necessary for the safety of the structure.
