Abstract (EN)
This study consist of four section. In the first chapter, the first and second type Legendre polynomials and their properties are introduced. In the second section, the fundamental matrix relations and the Legendre collocation method for the solution of the second order non-linear differential equations are given. In the third chapter, some applications are considered to show efficiency of the method. Furthermore, the comparison of the approximate solutions with the exact solution is indicated by the tables and graphs and performed their error analysis. In the last section, the conclusion and suggestions are given.
