Abstract (EN)
Ascorbic acid (AA), which has alot of function such as forming collagen to give strength to bones and muscles and formation of erythrocytes, is an electroactive compound.In this study, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) in tablet dosage forms and fresh fruits was determined in 0,2 M acetate buffer by voltammetry techniques based on its electrochemical behaviour.To check the accuracy of the improved techniques recovery studies of ascorbic acid in the Estervit tablet forms were carried out.
