Abstract (EN)
Today, cases such as increasing competitive conditions, rapidly changing technological developments, increasing customer expectations of quality and service requests and the ability to adapt to changing economic conditions is headed to improve the performance of the organization. This situation causes to lead the concept of human resources and organizational communication to the fore. As well as motivation, communication, continuous improvement and development, leadership and total quality management including quality aspects is a management system that aims to empower the communication between employees, enable to have the same philosophy and encounter the problems in the workflow with full involvement to provide solutions among employees, to determine errors in advance and to capture the dynamism and innovation needed to achieve success in their branch. Communication problems may occur depending on the hierarchy of hospital managements. Relationship characteristics of health care workers with different roles are to render the communication as the the most important element due to the presence of organizational structures of hospitals such as complexity, dynamics and being matrix. The difference between knowledge and experience, abilities and interests of individuals lead to formation of concepts such as efficiency, effectiveness, conflict and motivation in terms of both individual and organizational. Insufficiency of communication in hospitals, inequalities in authorities and responsibilities, lack of participation in organizational decision, effective teamwork, recognition of achievement, job satisfaction are the factors that have a decreasing effect on motivation in organizational context. Managements who are motivating their employees well and able to provide their satisfaction in their jobs, has exceeded a significant obstacle to deliver successful. The lack of communication leads to dissatisfaction of employees and institutions are pushed to failure. In this study, the effect of communication among employees to their work motivation is aimed to determine in the organization. Key Words : Communication Skills, Motivation, Health Care Workers
