İH ABSTRACT INVESTIGATE TEACHERS IN THEIR CLASSES TO SEE WHETHER INTERVENTION OR NON - INTERVENTION ON INSTRUCTION, BEHAVIOR AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT ACCORDING TO SOME VARIABLES Mahmut Ö? MA Thesis, Departmant of Primary School Supervisor: Asist Prof. FiBz YURTAL September -2003; 106 pages The purpose of this study to investigate teachers in their classes to see whether intervention or non - intervention on instruction, behavior and people management according to sex, teaching experience and work place of the teachers This study carried out 178 teachers who works in centre of Adana. The dependent variable of this study which are instruction, people and behavior management to measure has been gathered through applying "Attitudes & Beliefs on Classroom Control Inventory" which was developed by Martin and adopted to Turkish by the researcher and consisting of 22 questions. The Inventory carried out the teachers and to see points of instruction, people and behavior whether to become different or not.The data has been analyzed by using One way Annova when independent variables had more two dimensions and Independent Samples T test when independent variables had two dimension. The results of the study have indicated that instruction management is significantly associated with teaching experience but not significantly associated with other variables. In this study teachers who had 12 and more teaching experience was more intervention on instruction management than teachers had 8-14 years of teaching experience group and 4-7 years of teaching experience re YÜKSEKÖ?RİİİMKURBUIIV Key Words: Classroom Management, Instruction Management, People Management, Behavior Management
