The observance level of inspectors guidance duty

As a structure of education guidance, can be described as the seruicesin going to the decision. The services of helping to the school workers to theenvironment, to the teachers, to understand the pupils, using the tools in schools,teaching methods in lessons, the pupils guidance, class teacher are in the roles andguidance of the inspector. Taking help before the guidance and help to the teachersinstead of giving advise can be more effective for the inspector.In this investigation the aim of inspector to recognise the levels of the worksof the teachers and and the masters in primary schools are;1. What are the taughts of a) The branch teachers, b) class teachers, c)masters abaut the capacity of the inspectors in guidance? 2. Are there disctrictdifferences of the taughts of a) school masters, b) class teachers, c) branch teachersin the capacity of the inspectors in guidance? 3. Is there also a meaningful differenceof the taughts of a) school masters, class teachers and branch teachers working intheir schools, b) their sex c) their levels of teaching in the capacity of the inspectorsin guidance?According to the scanning model figured by this work, it is found that theinspectors realizes their job ?very good? about the physical structure of the school,education teaching and measurement, office works, mastering, educating themselvesand also the school masters realizes their job ?very much? about the inspectors dutyabout ?physical appereance?, ?education, teaching and measurament?. According tothe sex of teachers and the place they work for; the inspectors find that the femaleteachers do their jobs ?very bad? about getting the classes ready for the educationand teaching. According to the toughts of female teachers they find that theinspectors do their jobs ?very good? about the relationship between the masteringand envoriment. But there are meaninfull differences between these taughts.
