Abstract (EN)

In this study, we aimed to research whether the primary school teachers?acceptance level of the new primary school curriculum is affected by the teachers? sex, teaching experience, academic background, school of graduation, the socio-economic level of the school environment they work at, and their grade level. We also tried to find out whether there is a meaningful relationship between the teachers?grade level of the new primary school curriculum and their job saticfaction.The subject of the study consisted of 420 randomly selected primary school teachers working in the area of Adana mainly Seyhan and Yüreğir district. The data collection instruments used in the study were ``New Primary School Curriculum Instrument?? by Gömleksiz (2005) and `` Job Saticfaction Instrument?? by Kuzgun, Sevim and Hamamcı (2005). In addition, a questionnaire was prepared and used by the researcher to elicit information about the participant teachers? sex, teaching experience, academic background, school of graduation, the socio-economic level of the school environment they work at, and their grade level.In this study, we found out that there is a meaningful relationship between the teachers? acceptance level of the new primary school curriculum and their job saticfaction.Key Words: Job saticfaction, Curriculum., Accept, Primary School Teachers, The New Program of Elementary Education.
