Communication problems among primary school teachers

In this thesis, communication problems among teachers in primary schools are explained. Based on this, communication problems among teachers makes the institution issues more difficult. Problems that occur in formative communication between school principle and teachers more effective and prevent the motivation of teachers.It was concluded that in primary schools effective communication between teachers and principle could be provided by making systematic and effective communication net; good, formative communication among teachers depends on informative communication to be good; communication between principle and teachers and teachers among themselves could be better by giving importance to improve social relations and motivation by principle.Key Words: Primary School, Communication Obstacle, Motivation, Formative and Informative Communication.
