The relation between human resources management sufficiency of primary school managers and organizational commitments of primary school teachers

The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of human resources management sufficiency of managers and the level of organizational commitment of who at primary schools and to find out if there is a meaningful relation between this levels.The total field of under survey contains 369 school managers, 3980 primary school teachers who work for the State Primary Schools in the year 2008-2009 in Antalya City bounders. The sample of the investigation consists of 101 managers and 403 teachers.The data connection with human resources management sufficiency of managers are acquired with ?Human Resources Management Sufficiency Questionnaire? and the data, related to organizational commitment are acquired with ?The organizational Commitment Questionnaire of Teachers?.In order to analyze the obtained data, simple average, standart deviation, ?t? technique, variance analysis and correlation analysis are used to obtain the relationship among the variables. LSD technique is to find the origins of different thoughts among the inspectors.The results indicate that:1.The view of the teachers about human resources management sufficiency is the medium level and the view of the managers is the high level.2.The view of the primary school teachers and managers on the organizational commitment is in the high level.3.Between the points of view of the primary school teachers and primary school managers on human resources management sufficiency of managers and organizational commitments of teachers is a meaningful and positive relation.
