Primary school organizational health leveles

xABSTRACTThis research aims to show opinions of teachers and administrators of primary schoolsabout company health.Work environment of this research consists of teachers and administrators of the schoolsof Ankara Polatlı that are under service for National Educational Ministry. 43 primary schooladministrator, 138 class, 63 special field (total 201) teachers had been asked to fill aquestionnaire. 140 women ( % 57.4 ) and 104 man ( % 42.6 ), a total of 244 ( % 100 )contributed to this research. Questionnaire has two parts. In the first part there are personal data,in the second part there are 44 questions listed under six dimensions about company healthconcepts. These dimensions are; academically importance, company integrity, affects ofadministrator, resource support, teacher loyalty, occupational leadership. Arithmetical middleand Standard deviation of gathered data has been found. Because of the reason that there are twosexuality sub variables for solving data (man / woman), T-test has been used in the comparisonsaccording to this variable. For the comparisons according to the variables that has more than twosub categories one directional variance analysis (ANOVA) has been used. If there aremeaningful differences according to ANOVA; to see which groups the difference is in, Tukey-HSD multiple comparison test has been used. Group arithmetical middle (X) and meaningfulvalue (p) are taken into account to determine the analysis results. Meaningful level is taken as.05.Research results:1. Academically importance, company integrity, resource support, teacher loyaltyconcepts doesn?t differ meaningfully according to sexuality while affects of administrator,occupational leadership differs meaningfully according to sexuality.2. Academically importance, company integrity, affects of administrator, resourcesupport, teacher loyalty, occupational leadership concepts don?t differ according to the jobhierarchical position.3. Academically importance, company integrity, affects of administrator, teacher loyalty,occupational leadership concepts differ according to the education but don?t differ according tothe resource support.4. Academically importance, company integrity, resource support, teacher loyalty,occupational leadership concepts differs according to the job variable but doesn?t differaccording to the affects of administrator.According to the results of the study, that by determining of the ideas of the schooldirector?s and teacher?s in different school levels, finding organizational health levels to beexisted in schools and preparing plans due to the results to have been acquired.
