The research of relationship between class management skills and leadership attitudes of primary school teachers

The general aim of this research is to study the relationship between class management skills and leadership attitudes of primary school teachers in Kartal district, İstanbul.This research in the related scan model contains 250 primary school teachers from 15 primary schools using the proportional group sampling technique in Kartal district in 2012-2013 teaching year. During the research sources related to the subject were collected. Detailed information was given about the Class Management and Leadership subjects. In the light of this information, suggestions were made about Class Management and Leadership subjects related to each other.
