In this study, the relationship between the administrators influences and the executive styles in conflict management of primary school administrators has been tried to determine. There ate four sections in this study. The data were collected from administrators in primary school in Istanbul?s Kadiköy district. Scanning model was used in the the study. A total of 154 administrators participated in the study. The information about the demographic characteristics of the primary school administrators has been obtained through Personal Information Study Form. The necessary information fort he Executive Influences Rating Scale (Washington Manager Rating Scale) and Conflict Management Styles Rating Scale were collected by the method of face to face interviews. As a result of this study, the high level of significant positive direct relationship between administrators? influences and the executive styles in conflict management of the primary school administrators has been found. According to this result, a positive change in the administrators? influences effects positively the conflict management administrators? styles. In addition, the significant positive direct relationship has been found between the subdimensions of the administrators influences and the subdimensions of the conflict management administrators? styles.
