Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to reveal what was done on behalf of innovation and to examine whether the innovation activities (types, cooperations and barriers) have effects on innovation performance or not.In this study, indicators of innovation activities and innovation performance were determined by survey that was applied 110 manufacturing industries among the 500 largest industrial companies entering in Turkey. A factor analysis was used to eliminate multicollinearity in types on innovation. And the regression analysis and independent sample t- test was applied to examine that whether the innovation activities have effects on innovation performance or not.As a result of analysis, innovation types and cooperations have positive effects on innovation performance. On the other hand, innovation barriers have negative effects on innovation performance.Key Words : Innovation, innovation performance, factor analysis, regression analysis, independent samples t- test
