The sustainable economic growth is a concept that has been focused on to provideeconomical stability and will also be important in the future. For this reason, the need offoreign financing of developing countries that are trying to make economic growth stable andcontinuous from the past to the present has become inevitable. For Turkey, by using ?VAR model? it has tested depending on econometricanalysis. This test and the estimated structral reform applications shows that it might causereducing effects in short term but in long term, it might cause positive development onsustainable economic growth by permanent effects on economic growth.
