Abstract (EN)
In 1964 Fischer introduced and then carbenes are used as ligands by Wanzlick and Ofele provided a special interesting scope to these ligands. The successful isolation and characterization of first N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) in 1991 by Arduengo opened up a new class of organic compounds for investigation in organometalic chemistry and catalysis. In the last three decades NHCs and their transition metal complexes have been studied more. Because NHCs are easily generated from the corresponding imidazolium salts and have been studied with considerable success in various catalytic transformations such as cross coupling reactions, transfer hydrogenation and metathesis. NHCs and their transition metal complexes have been studied effectively not only catalytic activities but also biomedical applications. Phtalimide and analogs have shows anti-convulsive, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and high antimicrobial acitivities so these groups have effective field in organometalic chemistry, catalysis and pharmaceutic. Therefore some carbene precursors including phtalimide group have been prepared and Ag and Ru-NHC complexes have been synthesized in this study.
