Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between laissez-faire leadership style and various conflict management styles within organizations. Through comprehensive surveys and interviews conducted with employees from different sectors, the research investigates how the hands-off approach of laissez-faire leaders influences the way conflicts are resolved, the efficiency of communication, and overall team dynamics. The sample includes individuals from different managerial levels and industries in Türkiye. The findings reveal that the laissez-faire leadership style has a significant impact on conflict management styles, often resulting in a more passive or avoidance-based approach to conflict resolution. The study further highlights how this leadership style can lead to both positive and negative outcomes, depending on the organization's culture and the nature of the conflict.
