Abstract (EN)
The relationship between organizational justice and deviant behavior of employees is a topic that the current study aims to examine and analyze. The case study where the study has been applied is the public universities. The study focused on this phenomenon in three selected universities in Iraq are University of Baghdad, the University of Technology in Iraq, and Mustansiriya University. The current study has been implemented using a questionnaire. The number of participants at this study is 207 207 participants and all of them work at the universities selected for the study. After analyzing the questionnaire data, there are many results detected associated with the study hypotheses. The study found that the relationship between interactional justice, procedural justice and distributive justice and workplace deviance of employees is negative. This study is considered pioneered research in the environment of the public sector in Iraq and it adds value to the present literature to support the harmful effects of deviant work behavior in the workplace. The study offers a new direction in this area by motivating and inspiring new research about the impact of this concept and controlling the deviant workplace behavior, especially in university environments. The final section of our study shows the conclusion, implications, and the study limitations.
