Abstract (EN)

As it is known that, one of the obvious disadvantages of a photovoltaic system is the low power output of solar radiation because of the changes in the environmental conditions. An inexpensive and practical solution related to convert a solar energy is tracking the maximum power point of the solar panel. The project reviews the methods for finding the maximum power point based on the perturbation of the photovoltaic system. A comparative analysis of the methods is carried out, their advantages and disadvantages are revealed. The mathematical model of the system and the algorithms were reviewed and a complete model was built in the Matlab environment and the results were presented. An example of the construction of an analog control system for a DC voltage converter of a hysteresis type is shown. The work of a solar battery in conditions of partial shading, which leads to difficulties in tracking the global maximum power point, and ways of solving this problem are considered. The study focused on three common techniques in tracking MPPT, Perturb and Observe P&O, Incremental Conductance IC and Fuzzy Logic Control FLC. For fast charging and increasing the battery life cycle, PI controller was added and connected with the DC-DC converter.
