The influeunce of transformational leadership on employee motivation

In the competitive market the owners and the managers of the companies are looking for to increase their efficiency and make more profit. Most of the organizations' managers fail to notice the human factor in the efficiency. Every function in the organizations can be done by the manpower. The satisfaction and the motivation of employees' may easily help to be successful in the market of the sector. In the last years the leadership theories became popular to have more satisfaction of the employees and to accord them to each other. In this study the general factors of employee motivation and the transformational leadership specifications have been surveyed. The limitations of the study can be arranged as the number of employees for the questionnaire and limited time. But as the result, the survey showed that there is a positive relationship between the employee motivation and the transformational leadership.
