Cost of work accidents that create the construction

No matter which sector workplace accidents is a condition that doesn't want to live. The work of the unit conducting the institution as well as in developed countries have been established to regulate and control the health and safety of workers in each sector. This shows their commitment to the health and safety of workers in developed countries. Turkey has not reached the state should have no importance given to the workers' health and safety. Turkey's progress in this regard and gives importance to occupational health and safety conditions to come primarily employers must be meticulous about it. İn an environment of trust that will create a positive impact for everyone. The occurrence of occupational accidents brings together some of the costs. Examination of the costs generated by work-related accidents in the construction sector in Turkey has determined the subject of this study. Situated in the construction sector of occupational accidents that occurred in the construction sector in Turkey it is detrimental to all sectors directly and indirectly. This loss includes non-pecuniary losses as well as profits. In this study, the size of the material costs resulting from work-related accidents were investigated. The study took place at a construction site as a result of work-related accidents caused examined by which stage the cost has reached as a result of property damage engendered. Of the cost value is reached, it is aimed to be realized that even greater value to take safety precautions. However, the costs of employers to be spent to get the job safety measures aimed to observe whether the costs are too great. This study aimes to contribute to the reduction of occupational accidents in the construction industry in Turkey.
