Abstract (EN)
In this research, ?The usage of motivation tools in project management and its implementation in the Turkish Construction Sector? has been studied in great detail. A survey in regard to this study has been analyzed with respect to the people in this sector. The result of the work, it is achieved that neither the mean of the motivation is absorbed nor it?s been properly in use. It is found that the only respect to the general business work tips has pointed to be not enough for Civil Engineering Sector in nowadays. From the discussion of these findings, solutions to overcome these problems have been proposed and further considerations are given.
