Abstract (EN)

In the modern day where the changes happen in a surprisingly quick way, companies had to adapt to those changes in order to create advantage in competitive market grounds. Because of this changes and developments, human resources management had been affected too, taking their share. Especially in the last two decades, the functions of human resources had to encounter a massive change and development. But human resources weren?t the only areas that were affected because of this massive change and development. It is important to satisfy the expectations of the workers. Successful human resources departments affected companies in a positive way, whereas they affected the syndicates in the opposite, negative way. The improvement in the human resources pushed the non-unionization workers. In our work, it has been tried to explain the effects of the improvement of human resources upon syndicalism. Hypothesizes in our research were challenged and proved through questionnaires. In the end of application, it was seen that the improvement in human resources was one of the reasons to explain the loss of power for syndicates.Key Words: Human resource management functions, trade unions, non-unionization
