Abstract (EN)
In recent years, it has been observed that human resources are a distinctive element for organizations. Human resources management has been researched and implemented in many countries for many years, and we are just now hearing about its name and applications in our country. If human resources practices are implemented correctly, their contribution to organizational commitment is greater. Human resources practices strengthen individual commitment and play an effective role in achieving the goals of the organization in harmony with other people. What we really need to know here is how these practices are received by the employees of the organization, how the data obtained contributes to the efficiency and success of the organization, how accurate and objective they think it is, and how much of an impact they think it has on employee loyalty. Briefly, in this thesis, the effect of human resources practices on organizational commitment was investigated and this thesis was applied on white-collar workers. As a result, it has been revealed that human resources practices have an effect on organizational commitment on white-collar workers.
