Abstract (EN)
The main aim of this research is to examine the effect of human resources management applications on career satisfaction and job performance. For this purpose, relationships among personnel selection, training and development, performance evaluation, charging which are sub-dimensions of human resources, management applications, uniplanar job performance and career satisfaction have been evaluated. The research sample is done in 50 different firms which are in Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone on 208 white collar workers. In this context, a scale developed by Türen, Gökmen, Tokmak (2013) is used for human resources management applications. Scales developed by Aydemir (2013) and Veerasamy, Sambasivan, Kumar (2013) are used for job performance. A scale developed by Greenhaus (1990) to measure the perceptions of workers on career satisfaction is used. Significant differences among İKY applications, job performance and career satisfaction have been found. If this relationship is coordinated effectively and supported by training provided for workers, both ''productivity'' and ''level of profitability''of firms will increase and customer satisfaction and high quality service will be effected positively.
