Abstract (EN)

This selected based on surveys in the thesis health, education, finance and service sectors in the sample group of social media with the prevailing human resource managers, employees, and it is aimed to investigate whether affect the extent of the organization. In the research literature, human resources management, and there are lots of studies about organizational change. However, social media managers, employees, and is available in a limited number of studies investigating the impact of the organization. This study data were collected by questionnaire. Age of the individual questions in the questionnaire with demographic, gender, etc. determining the frequency of use of the social network, for what purpose and has been applied to the 11 units total in 51 questions 266 managers and employees question of which social network to individuals with questions measure that they are members of the organization of social media impact the measure 5'li the option of 40 asked to investigate the scale of the Likert-type questions . The data collected by the end of mail and face to face interviews were analyzed using SPSS 20 program. In conclusion; social media, human resources were found to have positive effects in this study performed to managers and employees. Thus, social media interaction and sharing is a mechanism that keeps alive. Thus, high performance, change will provide the organization of efficient human resources will be positive.
