The subject of this memory is the Kurdish question, as the most important and seriousobjection to the mode of foundation of the nation state in Turkey. In the study, we describethe various socio-political and cultural aspects of the Kurdish question in order to understandfirst and then discuss its importance in terms of an ethno-political conflict. We discuss thetransformative relationship between the Kurds in Turkey and the unitary state under theconcept of ?national integration?.
