Internet, which is a common comminication tools, has been developed and distributed rapidly to all over the world especially at the last quarter of the twenty century. Internet is assumed as to be responsible of the changes at the every stage of the life. Information and communication technologies may affect not only the national life but also the international life of the society. These changes show its effects on the law issue. If anybody does not show a responsible behaviour in the illegal use of internet this results an infringement in the law norms.Some problems appear in determination of the responsibility at the area of, for instance, child pornography, insult, forgery in the society life. The Internet offers a global marketplace for consumers and businesses. But crooks also recognize the potentials of cyberspace. It's sometimes hard to tell the difference between reputable online sellers and criminals who use the Internet to rob people.In this study, examined the Internet fraud by international organizations practice .
