Abstract (EN)
Smart Home Automation Systems are becoming increasingly common with development of technology. Smart home automation systems meet the needs of people for ease of life and security, but also save money in terms of energy consumption offers the opportunity to gain an economic point of view. In this study, temperature control in the home environment and garden irrigation can be adjusted according to the seasonal temperatures in order to set an example for future fully automated systems. In addition, a patient follow-up scenario is performed in case a bed-dependent person suddenly encounters a health problem at home. The sensor of each parameter that is wanted to be controlled in the home automation system communicates wireless with the microcontroller to increase the comfort of the system. The wireless data transmission between the receiver and transmitter is provided by the ESP8266 module. The MSP432 microcontroller has been chosen to ensure that the system runs smoothly for both efficient data processing and improved low power consumption. After entering user information over the internet, access to home automation system is provided. MQTT communication protocol is used for the communication of the home environment with the internet interface program. Each parameter in the house can be observed instantly and intervened at any time. In addition, the data is continuously recorded and retrospectively controlled. The statistics of each parameter can be plotted graphically. In order to reflect the home environment and observe the controlled parameters comfortably, a home model was designed in the thesis. Thanks to this model, it has been seen how successful the desired transactions are performed. With this thesis, some works performed in the home environment in daily life can be provided wirelessly over the internet via smart mobile phone, tablet or TV with Wifi support. At the same time irrigation, heat, light level, etc. parameters can be controlled periodically or on demand via the internet to facilitate human life.
