Abstract (EN)

In this study inulin containing some plants were investigated effects on probiotic bacteria. In study of plants, fatty acids, flavonoids, resveratrol content, vitamins, phytosterol levels and antimicrobial activities and study plants used to treat some of the probiotic bacteria extracts, fatty acids, flavonoids, resveratrol content, vitamins, phytosterol levels and antimicrobial activity are determined and comparisons were made. For this purpose the control group (plants), the plants treated with probiotic bacteria and probiotic bacteria were used.According to experimental results, the total fatty acid levels of the plants were determined to be highest dandelion and jerusalem artichoke, the vitamin and phytosterol contents; in wheat, the flavonoid levels; in dandelions and the antimicrobial activity; in dandelions, peas and babanas respectively. The total fatty acid levels of probiotic bacteria extracts treated with the plants generally were the highest on L. bulgaricus and L. plantarum, the levels of vitamins and phytosterol especially were effected on L. lactis, the flavonoid and resveratrol contents generally was determined to be effective on L. plantarum, L. lactis and E. faecium and the antimicrobial activity of these extracts were found to be differ between the groups.According to the study results of plants containing inulin, on the probiotic bacteria to be effective and this effective was found to significantly vary between groups on the plants.Key words: Inulin, Probiotic Bacteria, Phytosterol, Fatty Acids, Lipophilic Vitamin.
