Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of plyometrics trainings done with different frequency in terms of anaerobic strenght and progress of agility. With the attendance of 9 students who do plyometrics training three days in a week, 10 students who do plyometrics trainings once a week and 9 students in control group, in total 28 voluntary students took part in this study. The average of age, height and weight rates of the children taking part in this study are specified respectively 12,32±0,72; 152,55±8,06; 49,44±11,88. Plyometrics training groups, in addition to the volleyball trainings done for 6 weeks, D3 group joined plyometrics training three days a week while D1 group joined plyometrics training along with volleyball training once a week. However, control group only had technical volleyball training. As a consequence of training programme having been done for 6 weeks, results of body composition and motoric characteristics are compared as pre and post tests both in a group and among the groups, and SPSS22 packet programme were used in all statistical analysis. At the end of the research, that attained datas's not showing normal distribution were understood by Shapiro Wilk's . The pre and post test results of groups were measured by Wilcoxon test and comparisons among groups were measured by Kruskall Wallis H test. If the comparisons are significant, Post hoc analysis have been done, the degree of significance have been accepted as p<0,05. When pre-test results have been investigated, there have been significant difference in the values of vertical leap, horizontal leap,agility T test, Rast average strenght WanT peak,WanT average strenght, WanT tiredness. When it comes to control group, significant difference have been observed in the values of agility T test and WanT peak values. When the comparisons among groups were studied,in their last tests, there were significant difference on behalf of Experiment 3 Group in the values of vertical leap and horizontal leap, Rast tiredness index and WanT tiredness index. As a result of analysis having been done, it can be said that plyometrics trainings should be added to children's training programme and also, plyometrics trainings done for three days a week are more effective than the trainings done once a week.
