Abstract (EN)
The objective of this study is to investigate the rheological properties, rheological characteristics, hardened properties through the strength of cement based grout and deep mixing soil by adding waste materials (limestone dust LD, bottom ash BA, geopolymerized limestone dust GLD and geopolymerized bottom GBA) to native cement. The geopolymerized materials were produced through the geopolymerization process by the cold bonding technique. The water/binder selected for all the cement based grout mixtures were (0.75, 1, 1.25 and 1.5). The replacement of cement with stabilizers were in the dosage rates of 0%-100%. As observed in the results, it is clear that the physical and chemical properties of the prescribed stabilizers affected the behavior of native cement. Type of stabilizer, fineness and particle size distribution also significantly affected the properties of cement. It is obvious that the geopolymerized materials have significant influences on the shear stress, apparent viscosity, yield stress, plastic viscosity and the strength of both grout and deep mixing soil.
