Abstract (EN)
Environmental lighting is one of the issues that creates a serious financial liability for states in our country and around the world. The fact that the poles used in environmental lighting always operate at full power at night, cannot be detected in case of malfunction, and do not have a wireless communication system in case of emergency have necessitated the transformation of the poles used in environmental lighting into smart systems. It is recommended to use multi-purpose smart poles to solve the mentioned problems. Thanks to the smart systems to be added to the poles the lighting will work in saving mode at night when there is no movement, will turn on at full power in case of movement, and will continue to work in saving mode after the source of motion moves away. In case the LEDs used in lighting do not light up, an sms message will be sent from the pole to which the LED is connected to the relevant units and the faulty pole will be detected. In cases such as fire and flood, sms messages will be sent from smart poles to the relevant units, ensuring that disaster situations can be taken in advance. In addition, by adding emergency buttons to smart poles, instant location information will be sent via GPS in case of traffic accidents and social events that occur on the roads, allowing people to live more safely and instantly determining the location where social events occur.
