Abstract (EN)
The problem of house financing has always been an important case. Mortgage is the most developed system which is used to solve this problem in market conditions. This system is used especially in the USA for many years.Institutions in the market where mortgage obligations are performed have special economic roles as time passes. The effect of the crisis in mortgage market of the USA on global markets brings up this situation clearly.In our country, studying on this subject has just begun and ?The Act of Changing Some Laws Related to Housing Finance System? has enacted.In this thesis, mortgage system has been studied; moreover an accounting system that could be used by mortgage finance institutions has been suggested.Key Words1.Mortgage2.Credit3.House
