Abstract (EN)
This study aims to explore the correlation between hormone concentrations and integrin α2 expression levels in female breast cancer patients. 106 samples were collected from Medical City Educational Oncology and private clinics between May and August 2022, with an average age range of 25–55 years, as well as 38 healthy females as a control (age range 20–48). The PCR method was used to conduct the molecular study. The results of the ELISA technique revealed that the blood level of integrin-2 (ITGA2) in the patients (25.17 1.15 ng/ml) was non-significantly different from the control group. (24.20 ± 2.03 bng/ml). The electrophoresis findings of a good health gene (ITGA2) at location C807T for two alleles (T and C) and three genotypes (CT, TT, and CC) were determined by PCR-RFLP, while the genotype had no effect on the compositional genetic (TT) being identified. In the patient groups (CT and CC), there were more significant differences (P 0.01) in comparison to the control group. By using the Fisher test, it was shown that allele T was the etiological fraction (EF) of the illness, while allele C produced no statistically significant differences. The Fisher test was used to compare patients to controls based on their relative ages. A significant difference (P 0.05) of genotype CT was recorded as the style of the etiological fraction (EF) of disease when compared to controls, while the repeat genotype TT difference in patients compared to controls was found to be non-significant. Allele C was found to be a disease-preventive fraction (PF) factor and a repeat genotype CC revealed no significant differences in patients compared to controls and revealed a protective fraction (PF). As a result, we conclude that serum ITGA2 levels have no relation to disease, whereas an immunogenetic investigation demonstrated that the genotype (CT, CC) has a strong link to breast cancer.
