Abstract (EN)
The study included the collection of 100 samples from several clinical sources of different ages and for the period between 5/10/2020 to 15/1/2021 and from Ramadi Teaching Hospitals and Heet General Hospital. After performing microscopic and biochemical tests, an isolate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was obtainedVitek compact system 2 devices was used to determine the values of the lowest inhibitory concentrations. Determination the change in TSSC1 gene expression by using PCR. Out of the 100 Dermatitis P. aeruginosa analyzed, were identified by using combination biochemical test and VITEK system and titanium nanoparticle on biofilm. The frequency of TSSC1 among P. aeruginosa was genetically determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique. The effect of titanium nanoparticle on biofilm TiO2 NPs were capable of inhibition of bacterial growth and a maximum inhibition area of 14 mm at 500 g/mL and a minimum area of inhibition of 11 and 12 mm at 100 g/mL and were observed against strong and weak biofilm-producing the isolates of P. aeruginosa, respectively. Also the prevalence of virulence genes showed the highest incidence of TSSC1 and TCC2 (100%). In conclusion, the study showed that the prevalence of virulence genes showed the highest incidence of TSSC1 (100%) and confirmed that the robust pseudomonas biofilm has increased resistance to most antibiotics. And showed positive biofilm Phenotype of titanium nanoparticle on biofilm formation in Iraqi patients.
