Abstract (EN)

While new generations are joining business sectors everyday the meaning of changing work is undoubtedly felt in terms of businesses as well. Newly growing business sectors, the required qualifications for this sector, trainings specific to these qualifications lead to the formation of more qualified employees in some fields. At the same time, working environments are also important for people who spend most of their lives at work. In these business sectors the meaning of changing work is vital for enterprises both employment and sustainability reasons. This academic study was created to analyze whether employees organize their own self disciplined way with job crafting behaviors at their work and make them happy at work and also to determine how the support of the organization and colleague affects this happiness. Employees working in mining enterprises in Aydın/Çine within the scope of this research. 258 people have been reached and the data have been collected via survey method and convenience sampling method. In the research findings, it was concluded that job crafting behaviors affect happiness at work. Perceived organizational support and colleague support in this effect play a moderator role.
