Abstract (EN)
The unique aim of this thesis is to determine the essentials, principles and procedures of administrative money fines in labour law which regulates labour relations.This thesis has three parts; in the first part general coverage of labour law and the meaning of money fines will be explained. Second part includes procedures, field of application and principles of administirative money fines in labour law. The last part includes application procedure of administirative money fines in labour law.
