Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACTObjectives: During this research DEU Hospital nurses working in nursing care practices and the risks they face the hazard of work stress is a descriptive study to determine the impact on the levels of.Methods: The sample of research was composed of 304 nurses who work in Dokuz Eylül Üniversity Hospital. The questionnaire technique is used as a sample data collection. Reliability analysis for the evaluation of research data, t-test for binary comparisons and analysis of variance was used for multiple comparisons.Results: Nurses surveyed the most stressful problem of insomnia, those with the highest average of the risks and hazards, the problem of varicose veins, low back pain, neck pain, shoulder and arm pain, respectively. Looking at the average score of the nurses who work stress in terms of health and productivity has been identified as the most suitable level of stress. Nurses' work stress score and the hospital environment in general is a risky and dangerous way to find a significant positive correlation was found between (p <0.05, r = 0.305).Conclusion: The hospital work environment and make the necessary arrangements to minimize the risks of occupational stress considering making a more favorable working environment, so the recommendations are presented to ensure occupational health and safety.Key words: Nurse, stress at work, risk and hazard
