Reengineering and a case study

In our language reengineering or the consept BPR that stands for the variation of engineering has been the most discussed consept ,before the total (overall) quality management, in the past few years. The reengineering as a consept is; to adapt to the administrating rivalry conditions and their customer (purchasers) to present a better quality, fast and cheep service, and in management to check over the whole work (duty) doing processes in basic, and its being restructured is expressed (stated).The BPR statement, by undervaluing everything that has been present, looks for the answers for the questions ''what and how to be''.The BPR was first suggested by Micheal Hammer in the year 1990. The consept which has gained popularity with the book called '' Reengineering the corporation'' which was written together by M. Hammer and J. Champy, is one of the new and most discussed statements, that has been carried out in order to come out in the corporations competition fields, which has been in the need of change.This studies main cause is to examine (observe) the common route of the most cause celebred BPR statement, after the total quality management, to compare the statements whith the other consepts that has connections in 0between, to put in front the differences and the need.In the application (technic) part as a method statistical study (survey) is used as a technique and in institutional firm, intermediate and executive administrators view of point to the restructure studies that's been running on, has been tried to be measured by these questions.These survey questions and hypothesis were also in the book of Tom Peters and Robert Waterman's ''in the search of Excellence'' it is connected to the subject 7s. Shortly 7S is a way to differ the thinking method in the administrative habit thats going in to a change and to analysis the firm and ensure to check over.
