Altshuller, in the previousSoviet Union, with the aim of introducing new and creative solutions toproblems. Through investigating thousans of patents relating to variousinventions and searching how the innovations were made, the common pointsbetween the inventions were determined and "The Theory of InnovativeProblem Solving" was developed. TRIZ, which is used to make new inventionsand to develop products nowadays, has its name from the initials of thetechique's Russion name.This work involves the definition of the problem under evaluation, and in thelight of this definition, the creation of systematically reproducible chances andthe determination of the tools that aid in problem solving. In addition, itdescribes theoretically the techniques that aid in the selection and evaluation ofthe most suitable systematically innovative solution.
