Abstract (EN)
viiSUMMARYToday it is insufficient to define management functions as planning, organizing,orientation, control; sufficient, necessary, correct, in time and guiding knowledge productionthat speeds up decision making process comes out as an important management function.Therefore various decision support tools are being developed in order to supply knowledgesource related to business processes.This study aims to contribute to develop tools and approaches that supply the organizationchoosing right personnel that match demanded qualifications in shortest time, and makepersonnel work in effective and productive manner directed by organizational objects withpersonnel choosing and performance evaluation in scope of decision support systems. In thisstudy elimination is obtained from an existing application database aiming to guide choosingmost suitable personnel. Additionally, performances of existing personnel is evaluated againaccording to determined criteria and assisted to follow personnel?s performance. Thus, thestudy done will help managers to focus on other areas escaping from these long and tiringprocesses, furthermore provide increase in efficiency and productivity of personnelconsequently the organization.
